On-site support is also available in communities surrounding Edmonton. A travel or call-out fee may apply depending on the location.

POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours before the appointment — Full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
  • Less than 24 hours before the appointment — 50% cancellation fee; the remaining 50% will be refunded.
  • Less than 2 hours before the appointment or failure to attend — The appointment is non-refundable.
  • Late arrival — The appointment will end at the originally scheduled time and will not normally be extended.
  • If DDCI cancels or reschedules — The client may reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund.

By booking a paid service, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, if any, are additional.
