Booking Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

For paid consultations and appointments, payment is collected at the time of booking.

More than 24 hours before the appointment

Full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

Less than 24 hours before the appointment

50% cancellation fee; the remaining 50% will be refunded.

Less than 2 hours before the appointment or failure to attend

The appointment is non-refundable.

Late arrival

The appointment will end at the originally scheduled time and will not normally be extended.

If DDCI cancels or reschedules

The client may reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund.

By booking a paid service, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, if any, are additional.
